SHIPPING POLICY

Please note, orders are shipped Monday - Friday once processing has been completed.

PROCESSING TIMES

During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

After order is placed it takes 2-3 days to process the payment, after payment is confirmed we will ship items out within 5-10 business days.

Orders placed on Friday will start processing the following Monday.

SHIPPING & BILLING ADDRESS

If shipping and billing address doesn’t match you will be contacted by our support team to verify your payment. If isn’t verified within 24-48 hours order will be canceled.

SHIPPING TRACKING

All orders are shipped via USPS, tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order is shipped.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first to tack your order before reaching out to our support team.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
